Frequently asked questions.

Return and Exchanges

ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All sales of original artwork are final. Orders canceled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee.  Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations.

PRINTS AND NON-ORIGINAL PRODUCTS: You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS).

If you have any concerns, please CONTACT me directly within 7 days of receiving your order.

Will you copy a piece of art that has previously sold?

No, I've learned the hard way that trying to duplicate a painting never really works out.  The client is inevitably disappointed (because it's pretty possible to get it exactly right), and it is not very much fun for me to do something over again.

However, I will consider a commissioned project using the same mood/style/colors of a previous piece.  But it will NOT be an exact duplicate.

Do you currently take commissions?

I am currently accepting a limited number of commissioned projects…

Visit my Commissions page for more information about the process and pricing, and to begin your project.

How will my artwork be shipped?

For the shipment of original works, email me with the delivery address and I will provide a quote from my shipping service before you decide to place an order.  Most paintings ship via USPS or UPS Ground within one week of your purchase. Please watch for transaction and shipping-related emails.

Do you sell and ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, depending on the size of the piece and country.  Before purchasing, let me know your zip/postal code for an estimated shipping cost.

Can I visit your studio?

My studio is quite small and only open by appointment.  Contact me to make an appointment.
